  • Account & profile: name, email, password hash, organization details (e.g., business name, logo), and preferences.
  • Operational data: clients, estimates, invoices, jobs, appointments, payments metadata, and uploaded files (gallery or minisite media).
  • Usage & device: log data, device/browser info, app events, approximate location (from IP), cookies, and similar technologies.
  • Support & contact: messages you submit through forms or email.

3) How we use your data

  • Provide and operate the Service (authentication, storage, billing, features).
  • Maintain safety, prevent abuse/fraud, and ensure reliability.
  • Respond to requests, support, and product notifications.
  • Improve the Service (analytics, research, troubleshooting).
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce terms.

5) Sharing & processors

We share data with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf under appropriate agreements and safeguards:

  • Hosting & database: Supabase (authentication, Postgres, file storage/CDN).
  • Payments: Stripe (payment processing; we do not store card numbers).
  • Email delivery: Resend and/or SMTP (e.g., Gmail) to send transactional/support emails.
  • Analytics & logs: internal logs and telemetry.

We may disclose data if required by law, to protect rights/safety, or in connection with a business transaction (e.g., merger or acquisition).

6) Cookies & similar tech

We use cookies/local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and improve performance. You can manage cookies in your browser; some features may not work if disabled.

7) Data retention

We keep data only as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion (see “Your rights”).

8) Security

We use reasonable measures such as encryption in transit, authentication controls, and limited access. However, no system is 100% secure — use strong passwords and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
