1) Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of My Biz Need (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, do not use the Service.

2) Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You’re responsible for your account, credentials, and all activity under it. Keep your password secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

3) License & Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code.
• Use the Service to violate law or infringe third-party rights.
• Abuse bandwidth, disrupt, or circumvent security or access controls.

4) Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content as needed to operate the Service. You’re responsible for having the necessary rights to the content you provide.

5) Subscriptions & Payments

• Paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law.
• We may change pricing with prior notice. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed to comply with law or protect the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Certain sections survive termination (e.g., ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability).

7) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don’t warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9) Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
